The Mechanical Properties of Materials Laboratory at Oregon State University

Professor Jamie J. Kruzic

Prof. Kruzic completed his B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science and Mineral Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.  After three years of post-doctoral work at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, he came to Oregon State University in 2004 and served as a full time faculty member until 2016 in both the Mechanical Engineering and the Materials Science Programs.

Since 2016, Prof. Kruzic has moved to be Professor and Deputy Head of School at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia, while he maintains a Courtesy Professor position at OSU. You can find him at UNSW Sydney by clicking here:
