Process Improvement Group

Bhuvana is a Masters student in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Statistics. She received her B.Tech in Industrial Biotechnology from Sastra University in India. As a part of the Process Improvement group, her focus will be in healthcare process improvement. Her current research focuses on quality improvements in hospitals through lean tool implementations and identifying managerial challenges faced in Healthcare lean implementation.
