Jordan is in her final year of study toward a Bachelors degree in Food Science and Technology. She recognized the importance of lean process improvement in Food production and applied to join the PiGroup! Jordan recently concluded an Honors College thesis in which she applied lean tools (5S, Visual Workplace, etc) to a Wheat Lab at Oregon State University. She used pre and post implementation surveys to identify problem areas and get buy-in from members of the Wheat Lab. Jordan recently secured an internship due to her experience with lean manufacturing methods.
