1st Workshop and Challenge on
Computer Vision in the Built Environment
for the Design, Construction, and Operation of Buildings

The workshop was held in conjunction with the 2021 IEEE Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition. CVPR is the premier venue to share advances in computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
For the Challenge, we gave contestants a dataset of point clouds and building models, and invited them to test the efficacy of their own algorithms. Challenges like this one stimulate advances in computer science, and this challenge brings attention and innovation to computer vision applications for the architectural, engineering, and construction communities.
