Prof. Parmigiani's research lab was created at Oregon State University in 2008.  From the very beginning the focus has been on interacting with industry and entrepreneurs to provide outstanding experiential learning for students, solve real world problems, and deliver results having practical bottom-line value to sponsors. 

Prof. Parmigiani and his students work with companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500 to start-ups, performing mechanical engineering analysis, consulting and expert witness services, and perhaps most importantly designing, fabricating, and testing mechanical and electromechanical devices of all types and sizes.
