Oregon Wastewater Surveillance

In collaboration with Clean Water Services and funded by the National Science Foundation, we sampled the sewers of Washington County Oregon for SARS-CoV-2 to identify COVID-19 hotspots, map the geographical spread, and develop sampling and analysis methodologies.
